2025 August Skills Week
Skills Week will help improve players' skating, stickhandling, passing, shooting and competition levels through fun drills and small area games. We will have power skating each day and a daily focus on drills.
Off ice video will help teach and give examples of drills and techniques that will help make skills easier to understand. Video will also be used to show positive on and off ice habits to advance player development.
Choice Health and Fitness trainers will instruct dryland each day. Dryland will be focused on quickness, flexibility, strength, agility and conditioning.
Shooting room sessions will be run by coaches.
